During the course of the project, he took care of obtaining the special materials needed. He was very professional and helped to oversee the other subcontractors that were working on the air conditioning and patio construction.

Scott and his company were recommended to me by my neighbor who had used Scott on a remodel project. I was so impressed with his work that I contracted Seneca Construction in the Fall of 2005 to complete a new home in a prestigious water-front community with multi-million dollar homes. The project began on time, workers were on the job every day on time, all work was completed according to the product specifications and within the agreed upon time frame and all completed work exceeded my high demands for quality. They cleaned up my home everyday after completion of the daily activities; something that I truly appreciated.
