OUR DESIGN/ARCHITECTURAL RELATIONSHIPS
We have had the good fortune to work with some of very best architects and design professionals in the area. A contractor who understands the dynamics of the plan design, both conceptually and technically, has a very distinct leg-up on others who find these dynamics difficult, and goes onto the job much more prepared to meet the plan requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Being agile and responsive to changes in design plans mid-project also helps to keep the job on schedule with little disruption. This is the kind of hands-on work we’ve done with architects and designers, and will endeavor to establish this relationship with designated architects and designers in the future.

In today’s ever-developing and ever-expanding services and technologies relative to the construction industry, it’s safe to assume that all contractors have equal access to the same information regarding design services, permit requirements, products, equipment and staffing. What, then, makes the difference between outstanding contractors and average or below average contractors? Seneca Construction Services, Inc. has continually developed a diverse subcontractor base to address those very specialized areas of construction services. Our selection of subcontractors is based on numerous factors such as experience, reputation, word-of-mouth referral, and reliability. Good subcontractors are rewarded with repeat business. Our current group of subcontractors has performed admirably, and we have no hesitation in utilizing their services with future customers. As all subcontractor work is a direct reflection on Seneca Construction Services, Inc., we take the responsibility of engaging subcontractors very seriously, and demand no less than exceptional work.
OUR SUPPLIERS & PROFFECIONAL SERVICES
A contractor’s relationship with those individuals and companies who either provide the products and services we use on our projects, or assist in the procurement and scheduling of such products and services is critical to the success of any project. We take great pride in the fact that we have been able to develop dynamic working relationships with such companies. We provide concise, reasonable and direct requirements/instructions to our suppliers, and expect accurate and timely response and delivery. To date, this approach has worked well in satisfying our customers expectations.
OUR CUSTOMER BASE
A list of homeowners who became satisfied customers is available for refrence. We will provide you with a list. Please feel free to contact any/all of them for reference purposes. We do all we can to make it easy for our customers to work with us; starting with a contract that is straightforward, easy to understand, and very definitive regarding owner/contractor responsibilities, project schedules and payments; we involve the owners in all aspects of the project; we are responsive to change orders and work closely with the architect/designer to facilitate such in a timely manner; and we try to assist the owners in the selection, trials, and decisions relative to fixtures, flooring, wall finishes, trim etc. Our Mission Statement is very simple. We want to do business with the owners again, and through performance and relationships, leave them with a mindset that says, “We wouldn’t even think of using another contractor”.
